    Pixel Cat currently has 40,000 active installs so I think that is a good indication that Pixel Cat is working for other users.

    -Are you using a caching plugin like WP Rocket? Very often these will cause required files not to operate. So you would need to tell that caching plugin to exclude Pixel Cat.

    -Can you send us a link to your website in question so that we can inspect it?
