Thank you for asking your question on the www.remarpro.com forums.

Our plugin, WooCommerce Upload My File, does not check on width, height or DPI. There is no code which does this check.

The plugin can only check on filesize (for example max. 64MB) or filetype (for example only JPG).

There are also no messages / notifications inside the plugin which notify about the size/DPI.

Maybe you’re using another plugin for uploads or there is another plugin (for example some media-management plugin) which is checking for DPI/Width/Height during the upload process.

For FREE version: you can use both DYMO Label Software and DYMO Connect.

PRO version: only DYMO Label Software. We are working on an update to make it compatible with DYMO Connect,but there is no scheduled release date for this.

Hello @mins9 this is correct. There is no option to upload files in on the product page.
WooCommerce Upload My File is developed to allow uploads AFTER checkout.

In some cases (depending on your computer configuration) the DYMO Webservice (a tool from DYMO company) cannot connect to both browsers. Unfortunately this is a limitation of the DYMO webservice.

You could try to Diagnose the DYMO Web Service (right click on the toolbar icon) and open the certificate page from DYMO Web service in the browser which is not working (Firefox). Hopefully DYMO web service will allow Firefox after that.

Unfortunately this information is not “open” for the DYMO webservice. In other words: the DYMO Webservice cannot “read” the users.

Thank you for your question.
In the FREE plugin all settings are default set for one label type. It is not possible to tweak this in the FREE plugin. WooCommerce DYMO Print FREE is developed to print just out of the box on standard DYMO labels (basic use, for basic users).

Volgens de www.remarpro.com forum regels mogen wij geen premium support leveren en alleen support leveren voor GRATIS plugins. Op het moment dat wij dat wel doen, worden wij geblokkeerd.

The plugin should work with all kind of plugins and is tested with Avada.
Does the product has uploads enabled?
