Hi @cteduard, it most certainly is the third-party plugin. It’s an affiliate feeder for a Danish company, hence the very niche part.

I have tried on 9 different themes, both WordPress 2020, 2022, Storefront and other very popular themes. The problem remains with the guilty plugin on.

I’ll have to contact the author, but rest assured, the issue is not on Blocksy’s end like I thought.

I’m marking it as resolved since the issue at hand is so very specific, that unless someone use Rexultz feed, there’s nothing to get from this.

Okay yea so that’s strange. I found the culprit, unfortunately a third party plugin, and a very niche one at that.

https://prnt.sc/sPkZkWWQC1Y8 is with it activated, https://prnt.sc/_-gqALtvg-6H is with it deactivated with both main and article tag working as intended. Well, guess I need to dive down that plugin and see what the heck. Should have thought to deactivate everything at first.

Yea, it makes a bunch of sense in that regard. The /lingeri was a mistake on my end, as it was indeed supposed to be /kvinder/lingeri, but this just opened up another thing on my end to fix: No /lingeri, this just begs for duplicate content.

Actually this proves the error was on my end all the time: I forgot the link structure when I was testing things out.

Time to find out how to redirect to the correct sub page when I mess up again ??

Color me confused. All of the pages are made in the pages section of wordpress, and they respond alright to changes in the customiser backend on page type. I do slap it all up using an elementor template, but that as well is designated type ‘page’.

If I go to the customiser and hit the post settings, nothing changes on the individula pages either. It does however if I mess with the ‘page’ settings, but those are already as they ought to be. https://prnt.sc/V0sxAO_nlVvH

Right. Being really new and all with this php and coding in general, I’m still “cheating” a bit with plugins.

catacaustic, I went with your solution, that array one, and stuffed it all into a shortcode. Posting php directly on a page didn’t seem to please WordPress.

Thanks for the replies. The current setup right now is some random plugin in a frame where I refresh the frames content onclick. I’ll test out the various ways tomorrow where I have time to. Again, thanks for taking time to help me out ??

I’ve busted my brain trying to figure how on Earth the ‘https://www.brintech.net/wordpress-title-problems-yoast-seo-title-broken-or-not-working-but-actually-its-your-theme/’ dude does. I tried to follow what he did, until he got super technical and didn’t provide steps. He talks about putting a function which he doesn’t mention before – I don’t know, but this dude isn’t worth much help to people like me who doesn’t know jack about scripts.

Someone who can provide a simple, foolproof translation? Like

1) Do this.
2) Do this.
3) Right, now this
4) Job done!

The explanations in both articles are just targeted to people who knows what to do, which is way out of my league.

Have had some issues with the site loading the entire day from when I posted. I just don’t see how it can just be the theme. I’ve had lots of themes, and just about all of them did this to me. :S

The only change is the () on the first attempt. Then I removed it, didn’t work either.
