If this thing works, then it has value. And if it helps to grow your popularity and traffic then it should be worth paying for. I think its great that they offer a free option to get started with. Its a proven model, and I think the price is reasonable.

Yea, I figured all that out after making my previous posts. I did see however that automatic conversion and display Youtube links in comments is being tested on WordPress.com.

Maybe after testing it will be offered to the www.remarpro.com sites. No sense in keeping all the fun to themselves!

Well shoot, it works on my site. They must be filtering links on here, as I can’t even post a link to the post on my website. Visit my profile and you’ll find a link to my site and blog. I have a post titled “Just Saying…” – and I have a video in the comments section of that post.

I don’t know if this works in earlier versions, I am using 3.9 – the latest update, and by pasting the iframe embed code as provided by youtube, I am able to include youtube videos (rather than a text link) in the comments section of my www.remarpro.com script on my site.

You have to be logged in to youtube to see the share button below the videos, I think. Anyway, just click the share button, select embed, and copy the code. Then paste it in the comment on your or someone else’s blog.

Use the background of the header section as your slideshow.

Put your audio widget someplace that’s visible, without having to scroll down.

Rename the news section to News Blog.

Post a visible link to your RSS feed.

Looks good. I might recommend adding an introduction of sorts, one that talks directly to the visitor, inviting them to visit an ABOUT US page. And on that page, invite them to ask questions, and lead them to yet another page on your site, and so on.

The key is to get them to interact with your site, and you.

Also, aside from testimonials, which are not all that compelling, use detailed case studies instead, and perhaps a few articles where you extoll these case studies in the form of an interview with the client.

Don’t try to fake the interviews. Do the interviews for real, covering what kind of results they have experienced, and the experience of working with you.
