In reply to: [Download Monitor] [Plugin: WordPress Download Monitor] 0 byte downloadsThis could be difficult to diagnose without access to your server. Could you provide a link to your site and directions to a file download that fails?
What you want is documented at https://mikejolley.com/projects/download-monitor/.
Replace your [download_page] shortcode with [download_page pop_count=10 pop_cat_count=10].
The pop_count is the number of most popular downloads at the top of the page, and pop_cat_count specifies the number of downloads shown under each category.
How are you using download-monitor? The number of downloads shown is configurable. Post the shortcode that you are using on your page.
It works perfectly here, and since it works on one of your sites would suggest maybe related to the other site. What happens when you try to toggle the browser, nothing happens or does it open an empty window?
The 3.3.5.7 release works perfectly for me, I also reviewed the code changes and there’s nothing that should cause a problem.
Which version did you update from, and what are the issues you are seeing?
Get 3.3.5.4 from the download page here, then manually ftp it to your server overwriting the files in ../wp-content/plugins/download-monitor.
I know what’s wrong with 3.3.5.6 so will probably fix it and try to send to author to release.
Same issue here, Toggle File Browser brings up an empty box. Reverting to 3.3.5.4 works.
