I was able to resolve it by restoring a backup. I believe the Woocommerce Anti-Fraud plugin corrupted some php files, but deactivating or deleting that plugin didn’t resolve it, I had to restore the site to before it was installed.

@otionsky I’m having the same issue. Did you find a solution?
