In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Active Campaign Integration QueryTo add to this – I also have the same showing back end as you – the plugin has recognised it fine: https://stg-bieexecutive-staging.kinsta.cloud/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Screenshot-2024-06-10-090946.png
The problem is that cookies are placed before accepting, not that the plugin isn’t recognising Active Campaign: https://stg-bieexecutive-staging.kinsta.cloud/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Screenshot-2024-06-10-091213.pngForum: Plugins
In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Active Campaign Integration QueryHey @leonardotamion – thanks for your continued help!
I’ve been testing with staging in case there is some kind of conflict.
I’ve stripped the staging domain back to just the Breakdance theme plugin, all others disabled.
Disabled both complianz and active campaign, then re-enabled complianz, ran the wizard, then re-enabled active campaign and ran the wizard again.
I’m still having the issue.
There’s nothing in the script centre.
Complianz has picked up Active Campaign as an integration, but has placed one cookied under ‘Purpose pending investigation’ rather than marketing.
Loading the site in incognito, both ‘ac_enable_tracking’ and ‘prism_xxxx’ are being placed before the cookie notice is accepted.

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Active Campaign Integration QueryHey @leonardotamion
Thanks for your help!
I’ve gone ahead and added ‘complianz’ to the exclusion list in WP Rocket as per your linked article, and have cleared all caches.
I’ve checked the plugin wizard, and I’ve not manually set this. In the wizard at the ‘cookiedatabase.org’ stage there is an Active Campaign dropdown with three cookies:
ac_enable_tracking – set to functional, greyed out so can’t be editedprism_* – set to marketing, greyed out so can’t be edited
prism_xxxxxxx – with numbers instead of ‘xxxxx’ – set to marketing, can be edited.

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Active Campaign Integration QueryHey @daniub
Thanks for clairfying!
So – the plugin integration is on in Complianz as per your screenshot.
Enable tracking is on in the Active Campaign plugin as per the docs.
If you visit bie-executive.com you’ll see two cookies are placed before accepting Complianz – ‘ac_enable_tracking’ & ‘prism_…..’ – both Active Campaign Cookies.
I believe they shouldn’t be placed until after accepting via the Complianz cookie pop up.
Thanks!Hi @jarnovos – yep that resovles it. Thank you.
In an ideal world I’d be able to lazyload via perfmatters and block if cookies aren’t accepted via complianz, but for this site with the tiny amount of video content it’s no huge deal.
@jarnovos all working perfectly now. Thanks so much for incredibly fast and free support. Incredible ??

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] WPML & ComplianzThanks @jarnovos appreciate your help.
I set up clean on a staging site and everything worked perfectly, but nothing appears to solve it for the live site.
Clearly something has been corrupted, but now I know it will work I should be fine in resolving with a clean install.
Thanks!

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] WPML & ComplianzHi @jarnovos thanks for the fast reply.
No translation updates available in the dashboard unfortunately.
The too many redirects error started to appear after I’d tried multiple methods and deleted and recreated the page repeatedly.
I’ve now uninstalled Complianz, and plan to try on another site (almost an identical copy of the original site).
Can I check the ‘correct’ steps I should be taking to be successful?
The site you linked to shows blank pages for the cookie policy on anything other than EU. There’s no translated options either.
Wouldn’t the dummy product be indexable, and be purchasable? It feels like a weird workaround for what is essentially missing functionality.
I’d suggest this is a bug/error rather than an upgrade. The data is there, you just can’t select a category if all products are draft. Is there any way to get this is to be looked at, as I’d hope it’s a pretty simple tweak that probably affects anyone who expires products by making them draft.

Hi, thanks for the fast reply. Unfortunately we’ve had custom work done (we integrate with FooEvents) to have tickets (products) set to draft at a set expiry date (24 hours before an event). So we need to see sales data for draft products.
Also we need the product not available for purchase. My understanding is hidden means it isn’t listed, but you could still reach the product and purchase it if you had access to the URL.
