In reply to: [Wise Chat] “No Channel available” after updateAs I stated before. These solutions only work when logged in as a WordPress user. Not as a non-logged-in user. Then I see “No channels available”.
So, for now I went back to version 3.2 again.

I’ve tried this now for a number of times, but it does not solve the issue. I still see the message “No channels available” when using it when I’m NOT logged in to WordPress (so, as an anonymous user)

I downgraded to 3.2, and that seems to work for me.
After that I also tested 3.3.1, but that version seems not to work properly. In a short test it looks like it works for WP-usersaccounts, but it seems not to work for non-WP accounts. If joining as an anonymous user I get the “No channel available” message again.Mind you this was a brief test. But these are my findings so far.
I installed the new version 7.1.18 that came out today, and this version actually installs and starts well again.
