Sorry you feel that way. I went back and reviewed the tickets you opened with us, that’s 3 in total. Even though we clearly state that support for free plugins is provided through documentation, videos etc. our team has gone above and beyond trying to help you. You seem to be forgetting that part. If you’d like we can publicly release all of the contents of these three opened tickets and people here can judge by themselves whether we did a good job or not.

birthdays are already included in PeepSo friends plugin. People have a birthday field in their profiles then you can get information about birthdays as a part of the birthday widget.

Thank you for your suggestions. First and foremost, please see our comments:

1. If your community requires this, you can have that functionality developed. We have never-ever been even asked about this. Neither Facebook, Twitter/X or other big community name does this. Sure they have invested a lot into moderation tools they also are global names with proper risks and liability. If you’d like to have such functionality developed, contact us through our website to get a custom development quote.
2. There already are settings in PeepSo Photos plugin to resize large images on upload etc.
3. Groups have nothing to do with FREE PeepSo. It’s a paid plugin. If you’d like to have such functionality developed, contact us through our website to get a custom development quote.
4. Regular users can schedule posts. There’s a setting to allow them.
5. Again, depends on the point of view. If you’d like to have such functionality removed, contact us through our website to get a custom development quote.

PeepSo is well-equipped to handle security challenges for user accounts. To prevent brute-force attacks and more. As for 3rd party integrations, we provide a number of integrations with 3rd party plugins and services. However, we can’t be held responsible for issues that might arise with these 3rd parties. This is the very first complaint about any of our 3rd party partners ever.

The same way a car manufacturer can’t be held responsible for a malfunctioning 3rd party stereo system or road conditions, we can’t be blamed for something that doesn’t happen on our end.

We provide full and professional support for our software and our services. We understand you can be frustrated, but lashing out on us does not make it better or the problem go away.

PeepSo works with multisite setups, it is not officially supported, though.
