Hi there, I have updated the plugin to the latest version (1.6.3.1) and this issue is occurring for me. Deactivated, deleted, and reinstalled just to make sure – still persists. Thanks for looking in to this.

By the way using a theme provided by ThriveThemes – FocusBlog. Nice and clean, no customizations.

Hi there and thanks for the response. I’m the developer and have not added the above file to any of my sites. The behavior still exists; new version of wpdiscuz…no comments show AND the sidebar disappears. Version 5.2.2 works fine ??

When I roll back to 5.2.2 and refresh the page (any page), comments load as expected.

This issue (I am the original poster) is not resolved. I am not running caching plugins on my site. All comments are behind a paywall. Rolling back to 5.2.2 results in comments loading properly when the page is refreshed. 5.3.1 is a no go for me ?? No comments show at all on the front end, although the header shows at the top (subscribe, how many comments, etc.).

I even set up the example tag:

And then in the badge set it up so that it is ‘click on a link with a specific identifier’ and set the id to my-link. Does not work.

Same issue here, link with id OR class doesn’t trigger badge being earned ??

Having a similar issue, I can make columns happen because I know how to type the shortcode, but selecting columns in the shortcode picker, they flash and then disappear ??

If you can’t reproduce it and nobody else is having the issue, I’m going to assume that it’s an environment issue on my end, no worries. I have the badges as .psd files so it’s easy enough to create new ones ??

I’m using the auto messages add on (although it doesn’t really work). Also, leaderboards, activity codes, congratulations.

When I’m editing a badge, and click on the Credly Badge Builder link, the window pops up, but then in a few seconds disappears. On the right side, it says it’s updating to a new featured image (even though I couldn’t do anything with the badge builder). Only way to get it so that I can try again is to save as draft, then things get reset. See this video:

Hi there, is there any support still being offered for this plugin? The Credly Badge Builder was nice, but now doesn’t work – I have to go to credly.com to build badges and the images that they let me download for my site aren’t as nice as what the badge builder lets me have ??

Basically I had to set a specific widget height in CSS and then limit number of achievements in each widget to 3 or so to match that height. Otherwise, the list items just sort of fall off the widget box and disappear.
