In reply to: [WooCommerce] show products only on filtered pages, not main products listThanks
I don’t know if I quite understood how to use the pre_get_terms…I you see my website link, what I’m trying to do is solve the problem that using either column count or even flexbox to create the columns of attribute values I can’t seem to have the catalog posts at the end to be pushed to the right accordingly. If I use column count, or if I insert a width to the layered nav filtered attributes, by clicking on an attribute value to filter the posts I have this problem that either the column count or the width I gave remains in place – and after filtering my posts only appear at the end of that space….
Do you see?
I haven’t found how to
a) way to have the catalog flow naturally to the right of the layered nav attribute filter, in order to have it fall back next to the filter item once I filter the posts by clicking an atribute vale. I tried flexbox to no avail…or b) hide the posts on the page (show only the layered nav list of attributes), and only show the posts on the filter “page”
I really need help on this, I feel I’m absolutely stuck and desperately to to work this out somehow. Any suggestions are welcome.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] show products only on filtered pages, not main products listHi
if someone can help. I don’t know if this is even possible. On the category page I only need to have a list of the items (it’s listed by attribute) and only once filtered would I like to show the actual product images.
Here’ my site:
https://www.artresourcestransfer.org/dev/artresourcestransfer/ducprogram/product-category/searchbyartist/the images at the end should be hidden and only display once filtered.
thanks!

In reply to: [Alphabetic Pagination] use as a widget or place in secondary section of siteHi Fahad
I sent you an email yesterday with the credentials.
I don’t know exactly where in the functions.php I need to add some code. Also is it in the child-theme I suppose, right? Thanks!

In reply to: [Alphabetic Pagination] use as a widget or place in secondary section of siteHi Fahad
Thanks for the support. My php appears to be limit, or I’m confused. Could you post me what and where exactly to past this?
Really appreciate it!
Hi Mat
Thanks a lot! I guess you got obsessed with this detail!
My knowledge of php is limited, could you tell me exactly which function to add and where? Many thanks!
If I could give you 10 stars I would.
Hi I haven’t been able to solve this, if anyone could be of help perhaps…
many thanks

In reply to: [Alphabetic Pagination] use as a widget or place in secondary section of siteHi! Thanks, I think I’ve solved it, I placed it in main, which is just before my secondary widget area. and then styled accordingly!
I have a different question though (I can open a new thread too if preferable…) how do I use my template for the ap=letter filter page? Right now it shows me the filtered posts, but my menu widgets, and header disappeared… the footer somehow remains though! I’ve tried to look in the plugin php files but can’t figure it out where or if I need to place my get_header() function etc…
thanks!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] add out of stock visibility button on frontendHi, can anyone help on this? I haven’t found any solution and really need to figure this out, please. Thanks!
is there a way I could do it by slug for example (or at least have the category title or slug appear on the csv?
In the csv now the link categories appear by id number (before I could see the category title) which is not so convenient or intuitive – I have to create all categories and take note of their Ids. Just that detail, otherwise it is importing and exporting finally.
thanks
Step by step, I believe now it’s the csv importer that needs an update…
it’s working perfect when I create links. But once I test export (and delete the links) and then import back, it does not recognize the difference between same title categories (it pulls all C subcategorized items to the first created C subcategory)
Any chance to update this! I imagine after this it’s running smooth.
thanks so much for your brilliant support!
How do I download the update? With the simple links the update button appeared in wordpress, not this one. In your site?
thanks!
Hi it seems to be working now! Fantastic!
The only thing is the premium plugin Display by Category does not seem to be working with it? I have tried deactivating reactivating it, etc, as well as other potential conflicting plug ins, but to no avail. I can’t seem to use the display by category title function which I really need…Any solution?
many thanks for the great support also! Thanks Mat!
I will now update and test it!
