In reply to: [Google Analytics Top Content Widget] Widget Not UpdatingAfter running the plugin for about a week I realize now that the updates do only happen daily. I assumed that if I set the widget to grab stats for a duration (eg. from the past hour) that it would refresh after every interval, but this was incorrect.
Thank you for your help guys!
Both the back end and the count displayed on each post if an admin is logged in show a greatly decreased view count.
For example, this post shows 13 views over the past 7 days via Top 10 plugin and Adsense has returned 408 views in that same time period.
It just seems that due to the hosting change the plugin isn’t registering views as it should.
I reset to default settings but it still is only logging around 1 view for each of the top posts daily.
I’ve also tried re-installing the plugin as well.
I can still actually embed Tweets without this plugin activated so I think that functionality must be built into WordPress so that Tweet embed plugin wasn’t needed anyway.
Looks like everything is all set then. Thanks!!
I’ve isolated the troublesome plugin. It seems that the “Twitter Embed” plugin was the one. I deactivated it and can now insert hyperlinks into a table with ease. Now I need to either find a new plugin to embed tweets, unless you know of a way to change the code to accept the table.
Ok I see what you’re saying. After disabiling all plugins and making a new table I can save it with a hyperlink without corrupting it.
Ok I have deactivated all the plugins and I still get the error message. I’ve made an admin account using your email with the user name TobiasBg. You should get an email confirmation now.
