I have the same issue using different hosting companies. Bluehost and ICDSoft both are logging the same CURL errors. This started happening over the last weeks and has gotten progressively worse to the point where every backup fails. I have at least 7 different accounts where this is happening.

Thanks for the help. I have narrowed it down to the theme itself. I have reached out to the theme developer for assistance. Hopefully I’ll be able to get it working. I have 8000+ posts and many don’t have featured images so I was really hoping to be able to use your plugin as it would be way too time consuming to update them manually.

Thanks for trying to help me. I assigned the DFI via your plugin but the image is not being assigned to the posts without featured images.
You can see on this page that some posts don’t have any thumbnail:

The article you were asking about had a featured image assigned to it. I removed it and reloaded the category page and see that the DFI is bot being assigned to it (you can see it on the page that I mentioned above).

I’m having the exact same issue.Everything was working fine just 2 days ago.
Also getting the message ‘site could not create backups’
I was able to take a backup just two days ago.

I have the same issue. Animations appear in all browsers except Google Chrome. Plugin is the latest version and I cleared my cache and still don’e see the animations in Chrome.

Hi Margaret, if you are enrolled in a Bluehost ‘cloud’ plan, then there is indeed additional caching that goes beyond WordPress (endurance page cache). Log into your CPanel and then click on ‘performance’. After that select ‘cache control’ and disable on whichever site you are working on.
Don’t forget to turn it back on after you finish working to improve performance (if you like).

I hope that helps. It took me a while to figure that one out.

I will check the PHP error logs tomorrow and report what I find.

I installed an earlier version (4.0 I think) and it worked without the error.

It seems to be an issue with the specific font I am using which is ‘Lato’. Apparently IE11 and ‘Lato’ don’t play nice together..

I solved this issue by disabling the swipe feature. The menu now opens properly on mobile.

When the swipe feature is activated, the drop down menu doesn’t open on mobile. Once the feature is disabled, the menu opens properly. I tested on both Android and IOS.

Were you able to add the font?
