We had the same issue on a customer website. It seemed to be related to the Enhanced Media Library plugin, which we deactivated and the upload window then renders correctly.
I’m also looking for a solution to send, preferably, an SMS or alternatively an email x amount of time before the booking to decrease no shows. I may get my developers to look at getting something like this completed but it would obvioulsy take time and money. If someone else has a solution devloped that would be really good.
further I have tried setting up using the ‘pages visited’ option but this only works with Page post type, but not with Product Post types (generated with Woocommerce)

I was having the same problem and found this in the support doc:Q: The gift card is not sending automatically when the customer purchases it online. Why not?
A: This is a feature that is not included in the free version of the gift card. You can get this option here.So in other words it is a chargeable add on.

I have worked out this problem. It was down to our development environment. This works fine on our staging server.However, should the gateway redirect the user back to the website after completion of the payment process. At the moment the user is left on the worldpay website.
