Hi @bekcook1980,
Apologize for the delay. We’ve been busy with many requests through email and have been trying to keep up.
There is one thing about test mode, and that is, if you are logged in to the WordPress site as an admin, it will show up. However, to the shopper who is not logged in as admin, it will not show up.
Can you confirm if this is the case?
Hi @6strings,
PeachPay’s version of PayPal does not require an account. Shoppers can check out as a guest.
Here is how it looks: https://imgur.com/a/mOFCB2R
Hope this helps! If there you have any further questions, feel free to start a new thread.
Hi @abhg613,
Could you enable the plugin and keep it in test mode (shoppers won’t be able to see it)
This will help us solve the issue.
You can post a message here when that’s done.
Hi @nwsjane,
Thanks for reporting this. We’ve fixed it in today’s plugin update, 1.76.1
If the issue still persists, feel free to start a new thread.
Hi @debug-1,
I apologize for the inconvenience. Our system should not be doing this and I will have it corrected.
Thanks for letting us know!
Hi @bekcook1980,
That is an error we have not seen before, but rest assured we can get it fixed for you.
Can you enable PeachPay and keep “test mode” on? (this setting can be found in the Payment tab of the PeachPay settings, and customers won’t see PeachPay while it’s in test mode)
This will help our team investigate.
Hi @steveni1963,
I am sorry for the error. This is something we have fixed and will be releasing in an update today (PeachPay 1.75.0)!
The PeachPay Team
@titsmaker hopefully the above is enough detail for you!
If you have any other questions, feel free to open a new thread.
Hey @titsmaker,
For Stripe, you sign in to your Stripe account through what they call Stripe Connect (https://stripe.com/connect), and payments are directed towards that account as usual. All your payouts and other settings work the same as before in Stripe. If you don’t have a Stripe account, you can create one for your business.
Through Stripe we support Affirm, Afterpay/Clearpay, Klarna, and Google/Apple Pay currently. All these are available to you right away if your Stripe accounts meet their criteria.
For PayPal, it is similar. You would sign in with your PayPal account while activating PeachPay, and it would then be connected. Payments would be sent there and paid out as usual.
Hope this helps!
@earl_d We have fixed the Printful conflicts, and another merchant confirmed that it’s been fixed, so we’re closing this support ticket.
Feel free to open another one if the issue reappears.
Hi @earl_d!
We are aware of this issue and are currently working to find out exactly what is wrong.
As of the latest plugin update, we added a way for us to better get to the cause of this problem.
Could you try it again? If there is an error, our engineering team will be alerted about it and we should be able to fix it.
Great to hear that it’s working now!
Regarding the phone number field, within about a week we will release an update that will allow you to make certain fields optional or remove them entirely.
If there’s anything else we can help with, let us know!
@joyryde We’ve made some adjustments so that it doesn’t have this error. It seems that it’s working now with the latest update.
If not, we’re in touch over email so you know where to reach us!
Hi @aetkin!
Can you enable the plugin, but keep it in test mode?
You can find the test mode setting in PeachPay settings > General > Test mode > Enable test mode
Shoppers won’t see the checkout and it won’t affect your site, but it will allow our team to resolve the issue quickly.
@hellotoyou It seems that you’ve marked this as resolved yourself. We haven’t seen a similar error like the one you reported. If there’s anything else we can help you with or if the problem happens again, let us know. Thanks for trying PeachPay!
