Ok when I went through those steps again it worked, the problem occurs and continues to occur when I customize my settings from the flash website (https://www.flashxml.net/dock-menu.html). I generate my settings, and paste them into the wp-content/flashxml/dock-menu-fx/settings.xml to overwrite it as it tells me to do, and that’s when I get the errors that I posted above.
