Not SURE when it started but might be on WP 3.4 upgrade.
I am seeing the terms wrapped as follows:
<span class="domtooltips">TERM<span class=""domtooltip_tooltip" style="display: none">

This plug-in WAS working perfectly.

Manzanita Lab is getting identical errors as described above.

Never mind. I was victimized by the Firefox browser cache.
