give me your siteurl and homeurl values that you have changed. because both should be in https://healingcreativity.com format

if you are forget your username or password,then goto database in phpMyAdmin, And in wp_users table make sure your user name from user_login column. then edit it and change user_pass to your new one and select MD5 from Function dropdown of user_pass field. then update record.

what size pictures you are uploading because it may take more time in uploading if image size is big.

make sure your siteurl and homeurl is correct.
