Client getting impatient with the calendar not working. I just found a different calendar plugin and it’s working fine. Thanks for your help anyway.

Found that there was another plug-in that was causing an apparent conflict. I am now able to upgrade the site to PHP version 7.1.16.

However, I am still unable to log in to my Time.ly account in Events – Settings. Clicking on “Show Form” has no effect.

Any other ideas on what I can try?

Thanks. The host is Siteground. WordPress and all plugins are up to date. I’ll check with the host about the problem with the newer PHP versions killing the site.

Thanks. When I go to change the PHP version, I am asked which folder to change the PHP version for:

Folder blwhiteh / public_html (php56)
Folder Up One Level
Folder wp-admin (php56)
Folder cgi-bin (php56)
Folder wp-includes (php56)
Folder wp-content (php56)

I changed it to PHP version 5.6.35 for all of them, bu the result was the same (couldn’t log in). They also offer PHP versions 7.1.16 and 7.2.4 but when I changed to those versions, the site was completely gone. The system default version was 7.0.29.

Not sure where to go from here.

Yeah, I got the update and the review nag went away for a bit, but now it’s back.

Asking for a review directly in the dashboard should definitely be reconsidered. It’s not standard practice. Imagine if all plugins did that, the dashboard would be unusable.

You’re curious why I felt to give it that rating? I think I was pretty clear in the review. When it gets fixed, I’ll edit.
