I managed to fix this and get it translated just by going into the Elementor >> SETTINGS , and on that page, look for the “Mini Cart Template”.
Set this to disable. Where it says: Set to Disable in order to use your Theme’s or WooCommerce’s mini-cart template instead of Elementor’s.
