yet another update… reverting to version 5.1.8 resolves the issue

An update to this…. adding ANY filter for ANYTHING at all, removes all products from the feed. Having no filters includes all products

Thanks for the reply… I have in fact managed to find an ad hoc workaround using suffix on the end of link attrib in standard google shopping feed

great stuff… before pulling the trigger, am I to understand adding an “OR” statement to filters is on your todo list?

you havent fixed this… I’ve only installed this 3 days ago, from here… version installed is 1.0.4,

In addition (after reviewing), we now get a notice to buy the pro version…ON EVERY SINGLE PAGE LOAD. Frankly, its just too much.

I should add there had previously been numerous SG developers log in to my account to verify and duplicate the issues…

This has already been reported via support and a development environment was setup weeks ago… The domain is realmenswallets.com ..

Has there been any further development with resolving this bug? Version 5.0.10 does the same thing.

Just to confirm, this HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED… I am still having the same issue after installing 5.0.09

has this bug been addressed in Version 5.0.6 ?

There are 2 plugins, I’ve raised the issue via support and still waiting for someone to login to my site to verify… its bleeding obvious to see when you login and do the test by enabling/disabling SG optimiser… it’s not the plugins sending the emails that is the problem, its SG optimizers interaction with cron.

The 2 plugins are “recover abandon cart” and “export orders pro” although there may be other sceduled tasks not being met that i am unaware of… as I said, disabling or reverting back to version 4.0.7 of SG optimizer allows these emails to fire properly.
