Is there a way to copy and replace the form and “version” of ContactForm from my site that is still using the old version to the site using the new.

contact Form has updated and many people have a problem with the new version. ContactForm will not respond or provide clear instructions on how to fix the problem. I have applied Contact Form’s posted configuration for the new site but it still doesn’t work.

i spoke heard from them about another problem just two weeks. ago. They acknowledge that many are complaining about the same problem but “No bugs have been found so far relating to this issue, in WordPress or the Contact Form 7 plugin.” How can you work with that? I checked my configuration and it is exactly what they require.

no solution here. I just spent time fixing another contactForm problem that they said did not exist. Looks like their software is getting sloppy. Any suggestions on alternative contact plugin?

The red border with “fail to send message”
I have deactivated and reactivated all plugins, installed Postman SMPT but am still having that same problems.

i’m having the same problem. When I eliminated Akismet i was able to send an email through another account. Is something in akismet blocking the emails?

thanks tara and craig. I had previously changed the address in settings – General but it didn’t help. I changed it in Contact Form and that worked!
