I’m seeing it on a number of sites I manage. Oddly, we are not using any Pinterest or Autoptimize plugins.
Very confusing.

In reply to: [Video Background] Video not playing in Safari 11I too have the same issue of my video not playing in Safari. I do have “Play the audio” turned off in the home page meta box. I also tried turning it on and off hoping to fix the issue.
Safari 11.1 on an iMac.

In reply to: [Video Background] Can my movies be hosted on AWS S3?Thanks for your reply pushlabs—
Yes, the video is working but my question still could use an answer.
In order to make the video work I had to upload the video into the WordPress media library. I would have preferred that the video would work from my clients AWS S3 account but I could not get it to work.
Any tips would be welcome.

In reply to: [VS Event List] Sorting Eventlist ASCThis thread confuses me. My installation of this plugin displays the farthest out event date first and the closest upcoming event last in my widget list.
I needed to display them using order=asc and had to use this attribute to make it work.

In reply to: [Progress Tracker] Track Posts instead of Pages?Using categories would be awesome. That would be my preference. However if a post were in multiple categories yes that could be really tricky.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Sermon Manager] Broken and no supportAs stated before the plugin does not work. Just so we are clear. I can add sermon and make it play but the settings page is a complete white/blank page. So there is no way I can trust it or access all the features.
So in my situation, nothing has changed. I have requested both support and a refund both here and via direct email too many times. I appreciate that you have purchased the company but I’m pretty much over it and plan to use another solution.
How about that refund?

In reply to: [Sermon Manager] Is the pro version of this plugin still supported?I’m still not hearing back from anyone on your team.
- Your plugin does not work.
- I’ve contacted you privately and publicly.
- I’ve paid for support. Not getting any response at all.
- I’ve requested a refund privately and publicly.
- It has been over 3 weeks since the one reply I got here.
- I will escalate this if need be but I have never had this kind of problem with any other developer before. This makes me very sad.

In reply to: [Sermon Manager] Is the pro version of this plugin still supported?Seriously, I’ve still not heard from James beyond gettin an update to the plugin which did not fix the issue. I have not heard back from James or you Jerimiah in 8 days.
Super sorry I bought this plugin. I want a refund.

In reply to: [Sermon Manager] Is the pro version of this plugin still supported? Thanks Jerimiah,
I got James’ email and have replied to him. Unfortunately the new update didn’t help. I hope he will respond to me via the email.

Thanks for your speedy reply Matt!
I wanted to get this site running without any bugs of my doing and wanted to let you know about it if you didn’t. It’s still a terrific plugin!
Cheers, P.

In reply to: Text Editor isn’t workingTry manually reuploading the wp-includes directory to your WordPress core. I have found it will correct a multitude of sins.

In reply to: [Genesis Sermons CPT] Is this plugin still being developed and supported? Also I found typos in the Sermons and Passages taxonomies.
Yep, I also pulled the trigger on Beaver Builder this weekend! I’m using Gravity Forms these days and hope that you will support that plugin as well. It will be hard to jump ship from GF.
Cheers,
P.Hey Walter!
I just pulled the trigger and purchased the Popup Maker Core Extensions Bundle! And yes, I wrote a glowing review long ago. Cannot wait to see what cool stuff I can do for my clients with all the whistles and bells. It already does so very much!
Cheers,
Priscilla
