Thanx for reply! Well, this doesn’t help since I run totally non-commercial project and I am not interested to pay for one single feature which I found available for free in other plugin (which unfortunately has some other issues so I am not able to use it). Anyway, thanx for effort.

Thanx for your response. The problem is probably not related to chat itself but to the installed theme. The users reports me that the page is loaded very very long. I’ll try to contact theme support.

Thanx for Your response. I solved this problem by changing the registration plugin (I am using now WP User Manager).

Thanx for checking. The page was for logged users.

I deleted the plugin because it didn;t matched my desires. I wish to have a chat like on IRC for registered users without typing the username everytime.

Hello! I installed chat on my website and 2 users already reported that the chat doesn’t want to load on Safari on different hardware. Thy have to wait very long time… Any chances to fix that problem?

This thread can be closed. The issue was resolved by Jupiter team.

After very long and deep research I’ve found what’s going on.

Definetly it’s a matter of Yoast SEO plugin, because when it’s deactivated, then there is no problem.

The problem occurs when separate page has the same name as category. For example if we have page named “blog” and category for articles with the same name, Yoast Seo will be strangely displaying page for category instead of separate page.

I couldn’t find any settings in Yoast Seo to fix that. The best is to rename category name to different, similar name for example blog-entries etc.

I’ve just found the solution for the problem.

It was needed to install and configure properly WP Mail SMTP plugin. Now Contact Form 7 works again.

I’ve been testing few Contact Form plugins. 3 out of 4 wasn’t sending any emails to anyone. Website is on OVH server. Maybe server is blocking messages from being sent? Is this possible?

I must also mention that I use Contact Form 7 plugin on different website on different hosting and it work excellent. So I started to suppose that there must be a problem with server?

Hello! Thanx for Your message. I’ve dropped this plugin and switched to Chat mode with another plugin and even started to receive more messages from users than before I’ve used only contact form. Seems that classic contact forms will be slowly fading out from general websites, but for sure they are still very important in the business. Take care and good luck!

Seems that I did a mistake and wrote message under wrong plugin. I use two separate plugins to have embed from Youtube and Facebook.
