Hi there,
MailPoet does not include attachments in the emails that are sent because of bandwidth concerns and security implications with spam filters.
You’ll need to change the sending method in MailPoet > Settings > Advanced > Send all site’s emails with… to “The default WordPress sending method”.

thank you for reporting this issue. We found out this is related to the abandoned cart emails. We are planning to release a fix for this problem next week. In the meantime, could you please disable the abandoned cart emails? That should prevent this error.

we found a problem that is causing it and we will fix it. Until we do you can use a temporary workaround. This happens when there are two scheduled tasks on the table
mailpoet_scheduled_tasks
with the type
subscribers_count_cache_recalculation
. You can delete them and that should help.Today we released a new version of the plugin 3.71.2 and it contains a fix to the problem.
