First of all, I want to apologize for the issue you are facing in our plugin. This does not happen usually and I understand how frustrating this would have been.
Honestly, I am not sure under what condition this has happened to you as we have never received this from any other users yet.

While the search filter brings the particular FAQ’s searched that belongs to a particular category, it hides all other FAQ’s but does not hide the category title. I understand hiding the Category title when it contains no FAQs searched would be really nice idea.

This support will be with questions only regarding the Helpie FAQ plugin. Regarding the changing the slug of the URL for Kb plugin, yes it is possible to change the slug of the single page, category page and Main page. You can change it from our Helpie settings

Just to clarify, this is not our Kb plugin, This is our Helpie FAQ plugin. We have two products called Helpie Kb (Which is the one your question is about). The other is the Helpie FAQ plugin (The thread you have used now).
Now coming to your question, you can purchase the 5-site plan if you want to install kb in 5 different sites. If you are looking for multiple knowledgebase on the same site, you can create a multisite and use our single site license itself.

Do you mean that the FAQ’s are not ordered correctly or the the FAQ categories? The FAQ’s should be ordered as you set. If this is not working, can you please give us your details and temporary admin access to your site so that I could check this down?
