Yes, you can. Just set the Display Mode (in our Helpie FAQ settings) to “Simple Accordion by category” or “Category Accordion”. And go to your FAQ page and select the FAQ category.
You can see the Anchor link for that category when you click on that FAQ category.

If you are using the Guttenberg editor, you can see the FAQ block in it. We also have an integration with Elementor page builder where you can see our Helpie FAQ widget in it.
The shortcode builder might not be seen in the classic editor. We already have this bug in our bug tracker. I will also notify our development team regarding this once again. I will make sure to let you know when I have news from them.

Yes, you can link to the FAQ categories. Just enable the “Add FAQ URL Attribute” in FAQ general settings.
Set the display mode (in the general settings) as Simple Accordion by category or Category Accordion.
Then go to your FAQ page and select the category that you want to link to. You can see it’s URl in the top. You can use that URL anywhere to link to that particular category.

Unfortunately, we do not have this option right now. One of the core feature of how FAQ works is the accordion. So we have not thought of having the FAQs without the accordions.
However, I would add this to our backlog and will make sure to let you know once this is pushed up.
