Hi @ghilt ,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
1. We do have a page called Helpie FAQ that would have our FAQ shortcode in it. But it cannot be automatically added to any menu without consent. I guess the option called “Automatically add new top-level pages to this menu” would have been enabled in the Appearance -> Menus. If so, please disable it. This has no direct relation with the plugin.
2. Unfortunately, our FAQ block settings won’t have any effect on the front-end. We are already aware of this issue and has been added to the bug tracker already. We have other options, like using shortcodes (You can use specific attributes that would override the default settings) , Shortcode builder (for classic editor), Elementor FAQ widget, Using our FAQ Groups, etc..
Could you please use any of this until we fix it? I would make sure to let you know once that is pushed up.
Hope that helps. Let me know if there is anything else I could help you with.
Kind Regards.
Hi @dannyotoole ,
Sorry about that.
These are not errors that would affect the plugin or your site in anyway. However, we did removed it in one of our previous releases. These don’t appear in our end now after removing it.
Are you sure you are using the latest update of our plugin? If not, can you please update the plugin and check this again?
If you are using the latest version, and still these statements are displayed on your console log, please provide me your website details and temporary admin access to your site so that I could verify this down.
You can send us your details by creating a ticket at pauple.freshdesk.com .
Kind Regards.
Hi @zigojacko ,
I will make sure to get back to you on the same thread once the block editor issues are fixed.
Kind Regards.
Hi @yuzurina ,
I just tested it on a smaller screen and was able to reproduce it. Thanks much for the catch.
I have added this to our bug tracker and have also conveyed this to our development team.
As of now, you can use the Zoom option to just Zoom out a little bit and you should be able to see the button. However, this is just a temporary solution.
We will fix this soon. I will make sure to let you once this fix is pushed up.
Feel free to let me know if there is anything else I could help you with.
Kind Regards.

Hi @daniazzi ,
Thanks much for reaching out to us.
Regarding your question, if you click the column header, you will have two options to insert no-follow and to open the link in the same tab.
Please check the screenshot attached here: https://imgur.com/Jiex8Wf .
This should solve both of your questions.
Hope that helps. If you have any other questions or feedback – please don’t hesitate to let me know.
Kind Regards.

Could you please check if there are any errors in console log (also in the debug) and send me a screenshot of it?
Hi @ryanwalker2 ,
Any update on this?
Hi @ronnie1102 ,
This is strange as it works perfectly on our end. Please check the video attached: https://www.loom.com/share/ebe87c9c03154830a6a72afb21578f66
Can you please try clearing you browser cache once and try it again?
