If you have added the FAQ items inside a FAQ Group, you can just drag and drop the items in the order you want inside by editing the FAQ group in “All FAQ Groups” section. It would be displayed accordingly in the front-end.

Have you tried using the free “Intuitive custom order” plugin?
https://helpiewp.com/extending-helpiekb-part2/#Intuitive_Custom_Post_Order . Once you have set the order to “Menu order”, you can follow the steps mentioned in the above article. We have written the article for our Helpie Kb plugin, but the same should work for FAQ also.

This is Strange. Can you please check if you see any error in your console log? If so, could you please send that screenshot?

This might happen when you have set an Elementor template for all your pages and have created our FAQ page using the Elementor page builder. Is that how it has been setup on your end?
If so, could you please create our FAQ page using our shortcode [helpie_faq] until we fix this?
We already have this in our bug tracker. I will make sure to let you know once this is pushed up.

We do have shortcodes (also shortcode builder for classic editor) which you can use anywhere including product descriptions. You can try including shortcodes there.

Have you used the Elementor template that has “Post content” widget?
If so, can you please try removing the template for our FAQ page alone and check if it works fine then?

We have programmed the table to be reactive and hence in the process, we have restricted event propagation of the table. We will try to enable this in the future, but can’t promise a date at this point. Sorry about this.

Are you using Yoast SEO plugin? If so, can you please check your Search Appearance settings and check whether you have selected FAQ page for default page type?
The FAQ schema is already being supplied by our plugin and activating Yoast to feed FAQ Schema may cause duplicacy.

We do have the FAQ block issue in our backlog.
But, We have tons of other options like using shortcodes (You can use specific attributes that would override the default settings) , Shortcode builder (for classic editor), Elementor FAQ widget, Using our FAQ Groups, etc..
Why don’t you try one of these and check if these meet your needs?
