Ive found the problem. The problem is resoved when I deactivate Site Kit by Google.

I’m unable to upload to this forum I don’t have permission. For “default template it never loads”, I’m presented with a small blue square with a spinning wheel in the middle of my screen. Also, regarding part 1 of your reply…when I enable and test, I have the same issue as originally stated in that the profile page refuses to load. If you can provide me an email address I can send over a photo of the blue spinning wheel or video if you require

The issue has been resolved, logging in as a standard user displays the profile but not when using an admin account. I asume this is by design ?

Also we have no option to add additional Member Profile Templates and when we click on the default templete it never loads, constant spinning wheel

I feel support is a paid service only. ?I have an issue that needs resolved but continues to be unresolved. You are the people that develop the plugin. Based on this I feel the need to seek an alternative to your plugin as my request for assistance has been blatantly ignored. A shame as I’m more than willing to pay for the plugin but not when the support is none existent when using the free plugin before purchasing. You have provided lip service to the forum members by requesting me to contact you via your provided link but this has been a waste of time (no response) This tells me a lot about the support behind your paywall, I just can’t take the chance. I have a large customer base and no doubt would have bought more addons for this plugin down the line as we further develop our website and members area. I have contacted you as requested over a week ago and nothing.

Thanks for getting back to me. I have deactivated the plugin and changed the theme for a short while but the issue is still happening

I installed One Click Demo Importer, Got them installed apart from Work Flow, Cant get that one displaying as per your demo https://demo.athemes.com/themes/?theme=Astrid

Its ok I reinstalled the theme and Ive edited the text.
