I new realize that has been happening for a few weeks — someone buys something on my site and is then is essentially barred from receiving my newsletter, getting a “This person is only eligible for transactional emails” tag. Worse, I can’t edit them: there’s no edit button that allows me to change them back. And worse still, if the person tries to resubscribe to the newsletter (on my site, via the plugin), they’re told they are already subscribed. Which they are….but aren’t!
This is a significant and urgent problem. Please post a fix or workaround promptly!
