To anyone reading this, here’s the full story.
The user had a free trial of a paid plan before making the purchase. He knew what the product offered. He then inquired about having an extra feature enabled, which we put a price on. The user didn’t agree to to, got angry, made an unfounded refund claim which was denied as having no ground, which in turn resulted in this biased review.
The entire situation has nothing to do with greed.
