    To anyone reading this, here’s the full story.

    The user had a free trial of a paid plan before making the purchase. He knew what the product offered. He then inquired about having an extra feature enabled, which we put a price on. The user didn’t agree to to, got angry, made an unfounded refund claim which was denied as having no ground, which in turn resulted in this biased review.

    The entire situation has nothing to do with greed.

    Glad you liked the plugin. All our plan specifications and features are available at Chatwee.com We’re not trying to hide anything. It’s a little unfair to expect to get a fully-functional product for free and forever. That’s not how the SaaS business works. Thanks for your consideration anyway.

    Glad you liked the plugin. Our plan specifications and features are all available at Chatwee.com so anyone can see what the Free plan includes. It’s not really fair to expect a fully-functional product completely for free and forever. Thus the limitations. We’re not trying to hide anything. The entire SaaS industry works like this.
