In reply to: [Jigoshop] Jigoshop categories widget NOT fixed!In a matter of 10 hours from the time when we have acknowledged that bug, it was fixed, tested and released (1.8.3).. from now on that is the level of service that Jigoshop clients can expect from Jigoshop Support Team!

Jigoshop 1.8.3 was just released. To my knowledge the issue with Categories widget was fixed. Please send us an email to [email protected] with your site address for verification, if it doesn’t work for you.
Please let us know if you find any other bugs.

It’s likely to be related to hosting or wp settings. We haven’t received any feedback about any issues of the same king in the last few weeks.

You can always update it manually.
We have got significant amount of websites which we update regularly and we very rarely experience any problems. you may want to review hosting platform before jumping into conclusions.
based on our experience hosting is often the reason behind all the issues with updates.
