thanks for the reply, i think the theme’s support forum for my theme is pretty much dead since it wouldn’t reply to any my questions & there is also no to little activity in there. But I did some research & I find something but it involves encapsulate the image in div? how to do that? I’m sorry I don’t know any about this, I’m still very beginner in wordpress

sorry there might be no option for uploading a file in reply, i can’t provide a screenshot, basically i just want to uncheck the “requred” box of “post content” under form setting tab but for unknown reason it won’t allow me
