Your https://boughandantler.com/shop/ and https://boughandantler.com/ pages look the same, you need to choose static, but it must be called something other than shop.

For instance mine is selected to the ‘welcome’ page.

Agreed same issue for me, works better than some paid options if it had a simple implementation for variable products.

Are they in your sitemap?
