Fixed it, a long google around pointed me to a php_curl problem.
php_curl enable.
Restarted Apache and the problem was solved.

I’m using Uniserver and the default value are php-curl disabled.
I think it’s a change from previous versions.
Used PHP 54 and update to PHP 56 this weekend.

Update PHP from 5.3 to 5.4 when I installed your plugin, so that’s why it went wrong.

RSS Error: The data could not be converted to UTF-8. You MUST have either the iconv or mbstring extension installed. Upgrading to PHP 5.x (which includes iconv) is highly recommended.

Yes it’s the RSS error on 3 sites.

Not on on the fourth. There the error disappeared after updating.

One WP installation on GoDaddy (Linux+Apache+php). Change settings OK. Plugin WCFE update automatic after changing. (Have 2 WP – same on both.)

One WP on FatCow (Debian+Apache+php). Change settings OK. Plugin WCFE then I have to update it manual. “?!??!” Funny or isn’t it?

And one WP on my server (Windows 7.1+Apache+php). Change settings OK. Plugin WCFE update automatic after changing.

cache – deleted and even removed. The same error.

Disable the WP Config File Editor.
Now you can do the updates. The same on all three system.

I’m so sorry to say it, but Version 3.5.5 isn’t working.
I think that to ver. 3.5.3 it worked like it was supposed to do.
Update to 3.5.4 no data. The graphics shows the older data correctly with newer data was zero.
Update to 3.5.5. Same as before.
OK I uninstalled the plugin and scanned and repaired databases.
Clear all caching. Using W3 total cache.
The same error no data and number off hits null/zero.

Try to change settings and now I’m confused.
