Hello,
3 days ago we received another complaint regarding the phone number. He said that he was trying to purchase the product but it’s saying that he needs a phone number but it doesn’t leave a field to put the phone number in.

Yes, the customers who use PayPal on our website face this issue. The thing that the customers complain about is when they try to place an order they just don’t see a phone number input field, but they still get the message that states that the phone number is required.
Turns out the customers that faced that issue used Safari or Chrome browsers on iOS or Android phones.

In reply to: [Site Reviews] Multiple languagesI have set up site reviews and site reviews form assigned_to attributes for each language with its own ID, but it still renders all the reviews together. In the screenshots there’s an examples of the English version.

There was another plugin activated. I had to disable the old plugin that we used before to set the pricing rule.

I have added the second product (Scueup) to exclude products section, but the price rule still affects it.

Sorry I can’t load the screenshot with the rule, it just shows me a blank page. I have also removed a row from the section “Filter by products”, but this didn’t help.
