Have you tried re-uploading all the files back up onto your server? Try that first – and then delete off the items in the plugin folder if you have any add-ons, hacks, etc. In other words, remove anything that wasn’t in the original installation. I had a similar thing happen before and it was due to a plugin that was corrupt.

In other words tinyurl.com and bit.ly don’t offer traffic stats, so I created this to track how many people were clicking through from my tweets using a PHP redirect, and the numbers aren’t matching the number of views from the stats program. So I’m just wondering if there’s a different way I should be doing it.
