Hi jason, tnx for reply. The folder i need to exclude are store and psdemo, the base folder recognized by plugin is https://www.nobilevet.com/home. The two folder to eclude reside inside that folder.

The path i’ve tried to enter in generel settings is:

store/
psdemo/

but when i run the backup manually, the store folder is computed inside backup, resulting in an error.

Hi camu, i’m not using any plugin to create new user, only the wordpress user tool. What you intend with “would it be possible to take a look at the issue?”

I’ve tried to remove the minimum capability, like read but i get the same error, before last update i’ ve tried for the collaborator user and he sees the statitics detail
