Hi @luhna
Hessel have found and fixed the problem on my own website. I don’t know the details but the fix should be included in their upcoming release, so soon available to you as well.
Hi @hesseldejong .
It appears that debug file is not mentioning any error related to burst or email sending (i can only see some warning for a deprecated use of function by another plugin, which is not relevant as only used in 1 of the 3 websites).
It looks like email sending is not even triggered (or should I wait 1 week more ?)Dear @hesseldejong @rogierlankhorst, as you kindly suggested I’ve logged during the last week all email issued by the website.
I can indeed see that emails are actually sent by other plugins (other reports, contact form, …) but none sent by Burst Statistics, whereas the frequency of email reports is set to weekly (and the logs started last Tuesday, Aug 13th).
I’ve also tried on a third website, with the same result.
Maybe the issue comes from my settings (Turbo Mode: ON, Cookieless tracking: ON, Respect DNT request: ON) ? Any other idea ?I’ll make a try, thanks for the tip.
Hello @hesseldejong ,
Thank you for your reply.
Yes, other email from the wordpress site (account creation, password reset, contact form) are successfully sent (and received), and of course I’ve also checked into the spam folder. The fact that I have the same issue on the 2 website where Burst is installed, whereas I seem to be the only one is strange. May I have done anything wrong or incomplete ?
I basically went to Burst General settings panel, added (valid) email adress in the “Email report” section, set the frequency and saved settings.
Am I supposed to do any additional setting ?
