Hi! Yes, it’s on the same page, I explained that. I also explained where are the links located (the buttons with the link and the anchor itself): “It’s accesed by several “Más información” buttons on the beggining of the same page”.

Also, I’m not sure about the thing you say of the anchors only working if it’s linked in the same page, because it works in the second example.

Could you please check on why is it not working properly?

Disabling the focus trap option actually fixed both. Thank you so much for helping out and doing it so fast ??

Just so you have record of it: I had some problem saving the changes though. I tried twice changing both focus trap and rest api options and then saving and it didn’t. Then I tried just only the focus trap and saving and it worked.

I suggest you to try if it’s your mail problem adding this in the aditional headings line, at the email tab (the second tab): CC: “Alternative mail of yours”

the messages are not in spam and my mail server is gmail… the email in which i am supposed to receive the forms is [email protected]

i dont know why is this happening now because it worked perfectly months ago…

any ideas??

I’ve had the problem with the last update. I updated it minutes ago. Restarting the cache didnt work for me, but saving changes as Kyle said worked perfectly

I haven’t updated wordpress yet as i heard this new version is not secure yet? My wordpress allow me to upload to 5.0.1 but im not sure it will allow me to upload to that version you say

hi! i tried installing that pluggin but i don’t know what am i supposed to do with it! (sorry i have basic knowledges) i saw that pluggin satated wie files as plane.

i just tried to upload again the wie file with the import tool and the same thing happened again..

i created a folder in my drive for you to access to my wie file, and in case you need to upload something else there

hi, i already tried all that… that’s what i tried in the first place actually (not the 3rd cause my site is not multisite)

i also contacted with my server and they said everything was fine with them.
