Just to update this Thread: The issue was resolved by the Themeum support. Turns out that the new block-based checkout pages from Woocommerce did not work together with Tutor LMS. They reverted my checkout page back to the “old version” and now user accounts are created correctly and users are being enrolled in the course automatically.
Hi @dipsaha, that did not work. But I am already in touch with your support team. Hoping to get this resolved, then I will update here.
Yes that is exactly what I’m trying to do. Allowing unregistered users to browse and buy courses, registering only during checkout once they’ve selected a course.
But then the account is created and the user is not enrolled in the course….
I’m gonna go ahead and open a ticket on your website to give you access to my page, because I’ve tried all your suggestions.
Please ensure you have checked the following checkbox, which is a crucial step for integrating “Guest Mode”: https://snipboard.io/igqfdK.jpg
The checkbox is checked, the AJAX is not, as shown in the documentation. https://ibb.co/mXGTGTR
Hey,
here is the screenshot from the order dashboard: https://ibb.co/W3CQn3n
The last order was made with “Guest Mode” disabled in Tutor LMS and it worked with student enrollment. I just wish it would also work with Guest Mode enabled ??
Hi! First of all, thank you SO MUCH for walking through this with me.
When I uncheck these two boxes, I am redirected to this after the cart: https://ibb.co/bKn1wx5
It says to please log in to continue to cart. When I then log in, I need to go back to cart and proceed with checkout, which is too many steps for my customers ??
All I’m trying to do is: customer chooses course, goes to checkout, enters their data, an order and a new user is created and enrolled in the course…
Here is a screenshot of the “WooCommerce Products”: https://ibb.co/t2rC5NF
Here is what the enrolled courses dashboard looks like
I’ve tried unchecking the two boxes pictured but problem persists.
Hi @dipsaha , thank you for your reply!
The above mentioned settings are also activated.
https://ibb.co/c62TjXp
https://ibb.co/0rdtBZzThe redirect works but inside the dashboard there is no assigned course…
I’d prefer to go through the forum here, as – judging from other topics I found – I am surely not the only one with that problem.
@christianaprintful that is great to know! Would it be possible to update this thread once the update is available?

In reply to: [LearnPress - WordPress LMS Plugin] Changing tax rate for all coursesThe support on the add-on has expired, and I will not be renewing it just for the tax question.
Thanks for the prompt reply. Since it is a big site with a lot of functions and plugins, that it is a bit too extensive for me to check them one by one for a single translation string.
I will have to leave it as is. Thanks anyway.

Should I exempt the login page from this?
