In reply to: [Event Tickets and Registration] QR code not showing in email for check-inHi there,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
To get started, I would recommend you to update all plugins (specially Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus to version 4.6.1).
We usually recommend our users to upgrade their plugins in a staging/testing site first to prevent issues and errors in a production environment. It is also a good practice to backup your site content and database before updating themes and plugins in your live site.
If the issue persists after the update, I would recommend you to open a new thread in our premium forum where we will respond to you within 24 hours during the week:

Thanks!
Patricia

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Find Out More Link Not WorkingHey @breakstay,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
As I can see from here you are running an outdated version of Events Calendar PRO (4.1.3), if you update it to latest version (4.4.19) and flush your permalinks, everything should work as expected!
Also, for future reference, if you have any other questions regarding our premium plugins, please open a new thread in our premium forum where we will respond to you within 24 hours during the week:

Thanks!

Hey @saulirajala,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
I hope you’re having a good week/day. Firstly, I’d like to apologize for the delay in response. Thank you for your patience all this while!
While having all Modern Tribe plugins and Twenty Seventeen theme enabled I wasn’t able to reproduce the issue you ar experiencing from here: under Settings > General, if I have the Time Format set to 00:00 am or 00:00 AM, the ticket submission form won’t allow me to post start/end sales times at 17:00h (with the 24h/military time format): only at 5:00pm.
This sounds like a plugin or theme conflict that is altering the way the time format is handled by Event Tickets. I’ve worked with a similar case in the past where our plugins were conflicting with Advanced Custom Fields (AFC) PRO and causing this same issue you are experiencing.
So to help you get started, I would recommend you to run a Conflicts Test. You can start the test by temporarily deactivating all of your plugins (except Modern Tribe plugins) and changing your theme to another one like Twenty Seventeen and let us know if the problem is solved after that (don’t forget to backup your database before changing anything).
Best Regards,
Patricia

Unfortunately, this is a known issue with the select2 library that causes conflicts with some plugins that also use it (including WooCommerce). The good news is we released a fix for this issue last week: please update The Events Calendar to version 4.6.5 and let us know if everything works as expected after that!
Thanks for your understanding and patience and if you have any other questions, please let me know and I’ll be happy to assist!

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Calendar events have no titles, just bulletsHi @laligolightly,
The width of the calendar in your site is 705px while the breakpoint to change the calendar view from desktop to mobile is 768px, so the best way to achieve what you want is by modifying your style.css file to change the width or override the calendar CSS file to change the media query breakpoint.
@rjrich17, as I can see from here you calendar is already working as expected but for future reference, if your calendar displays in mobile view on desktop/tablet screen sizes, this issue is normally associated with concatenation, which is automatically performed by some WordPress caching and optimization plugins.
You will find detailed information about this issue and how to solve it here.
I hope this helps!
Cheers,
Patricia

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Previous Next Month ArrowsHey @rabland,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
The previous and next navigation links are displayed by default in the end of your month view calendar, but for some reason they are missing from your calendar. I would recommend you to check your theme’s stylesheet looking for a rule that might be hiding the following classes:
.tribe-events-month #tribe-events-header .tribe-events-sub-nav .tribe-events-nav-next a, .tribe-events-month #tribe-events-header .tribe-events-sub-nav li
After that, if you wish to add the navigation links above the calendar in Month View, please add the following rule in your theme’s style.css file:
Regarding the text change, did you check the following article? It has a featured snippet that will help you change any piece of text in The Events Calendar and its add-ons:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/change-the-wording-of-any-bit-of-text-or-string/
I hope this helps!
Cheers,
Patricia

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] No events foundHey @mbeasom,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
A few weeks ago we released a Hotfix (The Events Calendar 4.5.12.3) to solve this issue related to the display of events in the default Month View calendar.
This problem was introduced with WordPress version 4.8.2 and impacts all previous versions of The Events Calendar.
To solve this problem, I would recommend you to update as soon as possible. Please don’t forget to clear your site and your browser cache after the update.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Let me know if you have any other questions and I’ll be happy to assist!
Best Regards,
Patricia
