The enrollment is not working. People can buy a course at my webshop. But they donot get email with details password like that. The moodle acces tooken is might be worong, I see I have twoo tookens at my moodle site right now: moowoodle and moodle mobile webservices.
I have done my updates in WordPress for the moowoodle plugin, but it is still not working. Last year it worked fine. Should I start al over again? Prevaris, demo
Best regards patriciaThanks!
The problem is solved! DualCube helped me out, thanks a lot! With a personal help you get it down just by mailing the support!
It is still not working correctly. Please let me know how to fix this problem. Thanks.
When will be the next update? I still have problems and cannot sell my courses yet. My moodle version is 3.4.8. But before I had no problems with the enrolment and after your update I do have. So I realy don’t understand why there is this problem of no good enrolment.
No that is not an option for me, because the customers won’t understand the language for add to your card instead of the dutch words. So please makers of this plug in fix the problem! Al my settings are done well in moodle and wordpress.
Thanks I wil give it a try! I think I have it in Dutch my WordPress language settings. But befor the update it never was a problem. So still strange.
Thanks, I can use the icon from moowoodle dual cube green button for the quote or detect the course as product.
But is I placxe the follow at the short product description:
And then I should use the course-10 take the number of 10 at the place of course id:[moowoodle cohort=”” group=”” course=”10” class=”moowoodle” target=”_self” authtext=”” activity=”0″][/moowoodle]
It still doesnot work, I get this as the email for enrolment:
Username :Password : 1Admin@23
To enroll and access your course please click on the course link given below :
To access your course activity=”0″]Demo opleidingen[/moowoodle]
You need to change your password after first login.
I have got the same problem, and before, last year there was no problem at all, it worked fine.
My learner doesnot get the right website link, nor the username or the password.
So I would like to know what causes this problem too.
I have send an email also yesterday about this issue.

In reply to: [MooWoodle - WordPress & Moodle LMS Integration Bridge] settings moowoodleThanks for your reaction Josiah! Yes, indeed I did Synchronize. Yes indeed I double checked the instructions for MooWoodle. And all my plug ins are new fresh updated. But I see Woocommerce can from 3.0.9 to 3.1.0 (bet that is not that old).
So you get an email and also a password. And then there is something going wrong when you get to my site of moodle to use this log in here: https://www.study247.nl/moodle/
I checked woocommerce and I do see your order. When I check moodle I don’t see anything of you. So I suggest my settings in Moodle are not correctly all over.
Maybe my settings of enrolment is wrong? Manuel and by self enrolment. That is possible (open eye). But for guests the settings are locked (closed eye). I don’t know if I missed something here?! Do I have to make a KEY?
