Well, I found a workaround. I changed the file type to PNG format and the words came through. So, no need to reply unless there is something special I should know when using a JPG. Thanks!

Just curious, is there a reason the buttons weren’t displaying before? Wondering if I use this plugin again elsewhere if the buttons are automatic or if the extra step is required for them to be displayed.

Interesting … I switched to Space Gallery 2 on the page I referenced, and now the sound plays automatically. However, on the page where I used Elastic Gallery 1 I still have the mute issue. The page I am speaking about is here:
