Yes, I also use Advanced CF7 DB. So yes, maybe the communication between the two plugins is broken.
In the past Advanced CF7 DB saved the link to the picture in the DB. The picture was then in the wp-content/uploads/advanced-cf7-upload so that we could use it for our scripts.

Do you see a possibility to make it working again like in the past?
