In reply to: I can't log into my site.Well, the deal is I do have those numbers, but when I log them in correctly I don’t get a screen like the one you showed me. I get two screens each with listings none of which has wp in front of it.
I do have one that says “Public,” but there is nothing in it at all.
I feel like I’m looking at a different page than the one you showed me. My FTP vitals are: 66.147.244.50 Name: Patgrove Pass: 7491;Alegria. Could you check this out? But if that isn’t cool to do, OK. I just feel sort of confused by this. Thanks.Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: I can't log into my site.Thank you for the screen picture. That’s a big help, because that’s what I’m not able to get when I’m on Filezilla. None of those wp files are visible. How do I access it, it isn’t obvious on my screen.

In reply to: I can't log into my site.To be honest I got all the way to “public” but then could not find the other letters of the plug in. Are the letters all supposed to be on one line or are they located in two places on the site? Thanks for hanging in there. Pat

In reply to: I can't log into my site. Thanks to you at wp and to my host I got onto Filezilla FTP, but can’t find the right file to delete. I don’t see either a pressback up or plugins folder. I wonder if I’m looking in the right place? –Pat

In reply to: I can't log into my site.Hi Ryan,
I got an FTP number from my host. Then I got the download to filezilla you recommended. Now I don’t see where to put the FTP information into the Filezilla document. Where should I find that? Thanks in advance.
