I tried to take a screenshot of the metabox with the error message showing but it disappears when I click anything (including the button to take the screenshot) and when I type anything (like the hot key to take the screenshot).
I did see that you want the diagnostic info posted here, but I’m uncomfortable posting all the details about the website in a public forum. If you’d like the diagnostic emailed to you just let me know.
