In reply to: WP 4.0 Upgrade Admin CSS not all thereI’m not sure what else to say, the concatenate fix worked on both of my sites with the issue.
CSS fails can often be the result of minification conflicts.
Are you running anything like WP Super Cache or BWP Minify plugins?

In reply to: WP 4.0 Upgrade Admin CSS not all thereLooks like I got it fixed:
Used the solution offered in this thread:
A single line added to wp-config.php a line or two up from the end of the file.

In reply to: WP 4.0 Upgrade Admin CSS not all thereNav bar error I was seeing was due to having had to deactivate plugins in trying to fix the admin area problem… so that issue is a no-go for me.
Still no CSS in the admin area, still showing “session expired please relogin” at bottom of all admin pages (see quote).
Thank you for creating with WordPress.
Version 4.0
Session expiredPlease log in again. The login page will open in a new window. After logging in you can close it and return to this page.

In reply to: WP 4.0 Upgrade Admin CSS not all thereOk, manually ran database update and am now getting the nav-bar error others seem to be getting. Will come back and post the link to that thread here momentarily.

In reply to: WP 4.0 Upgrade Admin CSS not all thereAfter completely deleting and flushing cache, none of the admin CSS is there. Apparently BWP-minify still had some of my CSS cached. Turned that plugin off and flushed cache there… now no CSS in the admin area at all.
Trying second manual install 4.0. No dice.
Getting a “session expired, please re-login” message at bottom of screen. I re-login but still no admin CSS.
Site admin worked fine on my tablet last night, but not on any desktop browser yesterday and today.

In reply to: [Simplify] No social images for footer?I think these aren’t included in the Free version (despite being shown in the demo and the backlinks to d5 showing as hidden images in the footer).
Given all the self-promoting links by d5 I have no qualms posting a link out where users can find perfectly good images to use in their place:
https://enormoney.com/seo/how-to-get-my-backlinks-indexed/
Scroll to the bottom of the screen, nice right size icons for most of the needed social-share images.
Just be sure to change the filenames to the correct names in the css file and store the icons in the theme’s image subfolder.Oh… and change the links in the footer.php to your links.

In reply to: [SellFire Affiliate Store Builder] Not working anymore on WPOk – it appears the store script is generating fine (and if you grab the script directly on sellfire.com) everything works fine.
The problem appears to be with the plugin on WordPress.
Temporary work-around is to use hana-code Javascript adder plugin and put the hard-coded script from here (sellfire.com) and use the hana shortcode insert on your WordPress page (your WP sellfire theme will still work and is still controlled by the plugin) instead of relying on the sellfire plugin generated shortcode.

In reply to: [Simplify] Make Featured Box images Links to PagesI was able to get it to work a little differently. The pages I wanted to link to happened to be indexed 1, 2, and 3 so I simply was able to add my link text to the loop and exit out of the quote – . add / append to the index variable and kaboom! all three links worked.
PSYCHED!
It could also be that WPMP is hiding the images due to the customization switch in the image code… but this is a clean re-install… at least I’d hoped this was a clean re-install.
Also –
the duplicate text filter to remove additional instance of “Read more” doesn’t seem to work – if that is in fact what it is supposed to do.

In reply to: [Global Translator] [Plugin: Global Translator] 404 Error: content not foundCheck the FAQ for this plugin.
I had a similar problem and found that all I had to do (literally) was simply click the “update settings” button and it starting working again.
I had 404 errors all over the place and no content. Apparently this happens every time permalinks are changed or WORDPRESS itself is updated.
It sounds like you have clicked the update settings before but maybe not??? Give it a shot and let me know.
