sorry to hear about your problems.

I think that the query, that will handle media_alt, was disturbed by another plugin or theme.

Please try to disable your plugins one by one and at least try to change your theme.

I think with this method you can figure out which component makes some trouble there. Please tell me the result of that check and I will try to solve the conflict.

thank you for this 1-Star-Rating instead of using the support for a free plugin.
That is the right way to use and support open-source software.

I’m not sure what’s going wrong with your installation. But a rating without any more information is mostly the wrong way, especially because 95% of the authors of bad ratings don’t change their rating even if the problem was fixed.

If you are interested in a solution instead of bashing with bad ratings please use the support forum and change this rating. Thank you.

this plugin will not change alt and title in your database.
You can’t see your changes in your media library.

The plugin filters and modify the images on the fly within WordPress “post_content” filter and some other hooks and filters.

You can see the changes only directly on the rendered code of your website.
If you use any caching software please clear your cache.
